Indications

Ulcers disease stomach and duodenal ulcers (the treatment and prevention of complications); Erosive and reflux-ezofagit; Syndrome Zollinger-Ellison; Stress prevention losses upper gastrointestinal divisions.

Contraindications

Dosing and Administration

Inside, before or during Eda.pri ulcers stomach or duodenal ulcer : 800 mg once a day at night, possibly increasing doses (with little effect) to 1600 mg in two admission (morning and evening). Maintenance treatment is 400 mg per night (a few weeks). The syndrome Zollinger-Ellison : 800 mg twice a day.
