Protivoyazvennoe. Does gistaminove H_2-retseptora. Suppress products hydrochloric acid reduces pepsina activity.

Indications

Ulcers disease stomach and duodenal ulcers (including prevention of exacerbations), symptomatic ulcers, and erosive reflux-ezofagit, syndrome Zollinger-Ellison, prevention losses upper divisions blood-related illnesses, preventing relapse bleeding from the upper divisions and stomach bleeding in the aftercare period.

Pregnancy and lactation

Not recommended.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, the liver and kidneys, pregnancy, lactation, age (up to 14 years).

Side-Effects

Headache pain, weakness, drowsiness, constipation, vomiting, diarrhoea, flatulence, nausea, mialgia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, haemolytic anaemia, ginekomastia, galactorea, impotence, tranzithornoe increased liver transaminaz, creatinine, skin rashes.

Patient interaction

Increases in the blood concentration of drugs metaboliziruthan in the liver (propranolol, verapamil).

Dosing and Administration

Inside, in the food or in the food-200 mg three times a day and 400 mg at night. The maximum daily dose is 2,000 mg.
